We are an established, licensed and regulated specialized investment banking group that is continuing to grow its middle market finance and merger and acquisition advisory division engagements. We are looking for highly competitive individuals with some experience in high end business to business engagements. The individual will meet with CEOs and other senior level management to establish if a mutually beneficial relationship should exist between the prospective client and us. We are a high energy, driven company that takes business seriously. You should be competitive, strong, and confident with an excellent ability to understand business and communicate effectively. You should have senior management or business ownership experience, entrepreneurial, analytical skills and a grasp of basic financial terms. Sandler Sales Institute, business brokerage, Series 7 experience a plus but not a necessity. This is not an analyst position. Nor, is it a deal maker position. The position is responsible for bringing in new engagements from our sources. Our divisional clients are either raising capital, selling or buying a company.
We offer full training for this role. Individuals earn well within a six figure income. The most successful in this role have on top of the basic requirements a high standard of accountability for themselves and an ability to read situations and people. This is 100% commission with per diem and full benefits package. This role is for a road warrior and requires extensive North American travel (M-F).
